Who we are
Goanna Park is operated by the Junior Police Rangers Land Association (JPRLA), a non-government, not-for-profit organisation that provides assistance to the youth of the Northern Territory. The park is located at 3541 Arnhem Highway, Marrakai NT 0822.
Information we collect
When you use our booking request form or contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, organisation, email address, phone number, dates of stay, group details and the contents of your message.
We may also collect basic, non-identifying information through our website, such as pages viewed and general usage statistics, to help us improve our service.
How we use your information
- To respond to your booking, sponsorship or volunteer enquiries.
- To process and confirm bookings, including payment and facility-use arrangements.
- To manage the availability of the park.
- To improve our website and the facilities and services we offer.

Third-party services
Our website uses a Google Calendar to show park availability. When you use this calendar or the "Add to Google Calendar" feature, your use of that service is governed by Google's own privacy policy. Our contact and booking forms prepare an email message for you to send using your own email application.
Storing and protecting your information
We take reasonable steps to keep your personal information accurate, up to date and secure, and to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We only keep it for as long as we need it for the purposes described here.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted volunteers and staff of the JPRLA where necessary to process your booking or enquiry, or where required by law.
